Department of PEM was mainly focused on the process research and development of key materials in PEMFC fields, including Proton Exchange Membrane, Proton Exchange Resin, Membrane Electrode and Flow Panel, etc.
　　The PEM Department was formerly the PEM research group in Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry. The team have continuously undertaken various national research projects. Now we have achieved notable breakthroughs, for a low cost, high quality PEM with our self-intelligent property right.
　　The PEM Department was equipped with high-tech instruments, to serve our research need and provide services to public requirements.

　　Our projects are well-funded by the national government. And we have accomplished pilot scale research in partially fluorine-contain Proton Exchange Resin. Preliminary test result show that the electronic performance is similar to the import one however with lower cost.

(5) the Tenth Five-year 863 Program: Electrode materials and fabrication technologies for PEMF (2002 AA323040s), (cooperated with Shanghai Jiaotong University).
